 What is included in the training?

 QlikView Designer I is a one-day introduction course. The course structure is a mixture of demonstrations and hands-on exercises. Topics include fundamental user interface layout and design best-practices. QlikView Designer I also covers how to create a QlikView application and objects such as sheets, list boxes, and charts – all the basic knowledge required to get started with QlikView. QlikView Designer II is a one-day course that complements QlikView Designer I. Using a mixture of demonstrations and hands on exercises, QlikView Designer II takes students to the next level, focusing on the user interface design and delivers a more detailed knowledge on layout, design, best practices, and reporting. The course focus is on giving good product knowledge, especially adding and modifying objects such as gauges, multidimensional charts, and tables. QlikView Developer I is a one-day course that gives developers a good start in developing QlikView applications. Using a mixture of demonstrations and hands-on exercises, the focus of this course is on the development side: scripting, best practices, loading data, and how to deployment. It also covers data modeling and database connectivity. QlikView Developer II is a two-day course that complements QlikView Developer I. This hands-on course focuses on advanced scripting and complex data modeling. The course also includes a new business case study for students to practice their new skills in building an application from scratch based on KPI’s. |
